The procedure

You will be required to:

You send the details of your Company and conclude an Agreement for the provision of legal services with Moscow Consulting Group “Bona Fides”!

Constitutive documents of the foreign legal entity, an extract from the trade register or other document confirming the status of the foreign company as a legal entity.

A document confirming the registration of a foreign company as a taxpayer in the country of registration, indicating the taxpayer code, or a document confirming the absence of such a code.

Background information - bank details/contact phone number/email/website address (if any) of the company in the country of incorporation, address, contact/activity of the branch, passport details of the head of the branch/representative office.

We will prepare a package of documents according to the list, and advise on all issues related to the execution of documents. We will prepare draft documents for further processing.

Check the documents received abroad for compliance with the requirements of the accrediting body.

We provide translations of documents into Russian and their notarization.

We will obtain approval from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the number of foreign workers.

We will prepare and submit a complete set of documents for accreditation to the authorized body - Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 47 for the city of Moscow.
